|                                                             |
| The master programmer frowned. "In that case, it will take  |
| two years."                                                 |
|                                                             |
| "And what if I assign a hundred programmers to it?"         |
|                                                             |
| The master programmer shrugged. "Then the design will never |
| be completed," he said.                                     |
