Photogasm™ in Reykjavík

Two weeks hard graft in converting images, uploading, then renaming them and now finally have something new to show you all (ooh eer!)… So without further ado, a little taster:

  • Above a sea of pink clouds take 1
  • Leifr Eiricsson statue in front of Hallgrimskirkja on an overcast moment
  • The original Althingishus of 1881 vintage
  • Student studying by Tjornin lake
  • Panorama of Reykjavik from Hallgrimskirkja looking west north west
  • Sjornarradshusid in beaming sunshine take 1
  • Solfar drenched in sunshine take 1
  • Elding Whale Watching located on Aegisgardir in my sights
  • The minke whales were quite easy to spot though photographing them was somewhat tougher
  • An Icelandic lass demonstrating how to dance gracefully with a bottle in hand
  • Reaching for the lasers as the second DJ keeps them records spinning
  • A fluke shot of two rather nice looking Icelandic ladies as they dance the night away

The albums in full are:

  1. Northampton, UK to Reykjavík, Ísland - The joys of a 6 hour delayed flight… at least the window seat view turned out to be good!

  3. Whale watching on Faxaflói - Welcoming the 1st of July with a bit of whale spotting on Faxaflói
  4. DJ Surgeon at Gaukurinn - Ending the 1st of July with some serious electronic undergroud shenanigans
